Omar Nafie
Founder & CEO
Omar Nafie is the founder and director of EXIST for Counselling, Education, & Network. He is a renowned addiction and family therapist with over 25 years of experience in the UK and Egypt.
He specializes in helping individuals and families overcome a wide range of addictions, including drugs, alcohol, sex, and behavioral dependencies.
His professional journey began with systemic therapy training, followed by earning an MA in Psychotherapy from Regent’s College, London. He is also one of the few Certified Sex Addiction Therapists (CSAT) in the Middle East, accredited by the International Institute for Trauma and Addiction Professionals (IITAP).
Mr. Nafie’s approach is integrative, blending systemic and existential frameworks to provide compassionate, tailored care.
Having completed a postgraduate certificate in supervision from the University of Derby Mr. Nafie, also, offers clinical supervision to professionals in the field of psychotherapy,
Mr. Nafie has been a member of the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapists (UKCP) for over 15 years.
